The person is asked not to submit more personal data than is necessary to evaluate the specific request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.5.<\/strong> The Company does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR, such as health information, and does not provide services directly to children. If such information is submitted unnecessarily, the Company may request its removal or delete the information concerned in compliance with the requirements of the law.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data<\/h3>\n<p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> Personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases provided for in Article 6(1) of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<h4>3.1.1. Preparing quotes<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to evaluate received requests, drawings and technical documentation, calculate costs, and prepare and send commercial offers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:0 0 18px;padding-left:1.4em;\">\n<li style=\"display:list-item;list-style:disc outside;margin:0 0 6px;\">Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR \u2013 steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, where the person is a potential party to the contract;<\/li>\n<li style=\"display:list-item;list-style:disc outside;margin:0 0 6px;\">Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Company's legitimate interests in communicating with contact persons of legal entities and preparing commercial offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3.1.2. Communication and handling of enquiries<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to answer received questions, process contact requests and ensure communication.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Company's legitimate interests in responding to received requests. Where the communication relates directly to the conclusion or performance of a contract, point (b) may apply.<\/p>\n<h4>3.1.3. Providing the customer account<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to create and maintain the customer account and ensure authentication and account functionality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR \u2013 performance of a contract.<\/p>\n<h4>3.1.4. Order fulfilment<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to accept, process, manufacture and deliver orders, handle payments and communicate about the order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:0 0 18px;padding-left:1.4em;\">\n<li style=\"display:list-item;list-style:disc outside;margin:0 0 6px;\">Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR \u2013 performance of a contract where the data subject is a party to the contract;<\/li>\n<li style=\"display:list-item;list-style:disc outside;margin:0 0 6px;\">Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 legitimate interests in fulfilling orders placed on behalf of legal entities;<\/li>\n<li style=\"display:list-item;list-style:disc outside;margin:0 0 6px;\">Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR \u2013 compliance with the relevant legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3.1.5. Accounting and taxes<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to prepare and keep accounting documents, issue invoices, ensure tax records and compliance with legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR \u2013 compliance with a legal obligation.<\/p>\n<h4>3.1.6. Claims, right of withdrawal and disputes<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to handle claims, ensure Consumer rights, process returns of goods and refunds, and resolve disputes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) of the GDPR, depending on the specific processing purpose and situation.<\/p>\n<h4>3.1.7. Production quality and traceability<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to maintain production documentation, control quality, ensure product traceability and meet applicable technical or certification requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:0 0 18px;padding-left:1.4em;\">\n<li style=\"display:list-item;list-style:disc outside;margin:0 0 6px;\">Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, where keeping specific documentation results from an applicable legal obligation;<\/li>\n<li style=\"display:list-item;list-style:disc outside;margin:0 0 6px;\">Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Company's legitimate interests in ensuring quality control, traceability and proof of performance of contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3.1.8. Direct marketing<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to send commercial notifications, company news and offers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR \u2013 consent of the data subject, or, in other cases permitted by law, the relevant legal basis, in compliance with the requirements of the Law on Information Society Services.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial notifications about similar goods or services may be sent to existing customers only if all conditions of the exception provided for in the relevant law are met, including the option to opt out of further notifications easily and free of charge.<\/p>\n<h4>3.1.9. Website operation and security<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to ensure the technical operation of the Website and the security of systems, prevent misuse and protect the Company's information systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR \u2013 the Company's legitimate interests in ensuring the security and continuity of IT systems, as well as other legal bases where applicable to the specific processing.<\/p>\n<h4>3.1.10. Statistics and marketing cookies<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to analyse the use of the Website, improve its performance and carry out marketing activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR \u2013 consent, where required for the relevant processing of personal data.<\/p>\n<p>The use of cookies and similar technologies is additionally subject to the requirements of the Law on Information Society Services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, the person may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3.<\/strong> Where the processing of personal data is based on the Company's legitimate interests, the Company assesses the necessity of processing the personal data and the protection of the data subject's rights and interests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4.<\/strong> Providing personal data may be mandatory where it is necessary to fulfil obligations laid down by law, or necessary for entering into and performing a contract. If the person does not provide the necessary data, the Company may be unable to prepare a quote, conclude a contract or fulfil an order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.5.<\/strong> The Company does not carry out decision-making based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would produce legal effects concerning the person or similarly significantly affect them within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR, unless separate information about such processing has been provided and the safeguards required by law are ensured.<\/p>\n<h3>4.
